This is a bit too early for bare root plants to be available. They need to be dug up and shjifted around while they are dormant. I agree with Spritz, November is when they should be available, but no doubt you could place an order now if you find a supplier you like the look of. I remember the ads in the back of the paper when I was a kid...

Get onto David Austins, Peter Beales and Apuldrams dispatch list and they'll arrive in a month or so.
If you Google 'bare root roses' you'll be presented with plenty of information.

Do check about delivery next month? as they do say when ordering - the later you order the later the delivery which may well be up to February next year. I order mine in spring/high summer if I want a November delivery.

There are large numbers of nurseries on line who do not supply plants during summer, but restrict their online business to bare root plants in winter. Google the roses you want and you'll find many suppliers with whom you place an order and they send the plants out in winter, usually November, sometimes early December. The trick is to find all the ones you want with one supplier to save delivery costs...

They're usually available from November, but try looking on- line. Cants & Fryers are two good growers.
If you want to get them local to you, then look in Yellow pages and ring around. Sorry I can't help more than that.
