Will arum lilies recover this spring?

I have an excellent collection of 25 arum lilies. They used to be in the ground but I potted them when I moved 1 year ago. Superb last summer, they seemed to get damaged by the snow this winter and seemed to rot. They are all now at earth level but with considerable new shoots. Will they just recover this spring. I plan to plant them in the ground now. Please advise!

My arums are showing signs of life after turning to mush during the big freeze.Plant them now but give them a little help by digging some compost in the planting hole. Be wary of late frosts nipping the new foliage. Good luck!
