Welcome to GoY
Tamarisk also known as Tamarix~
There are about 50 species of shrub or small tree it likes a sunny spot and will thrive on any soil except shallow chalk. The most common form is Pink cascade. You should have no trouble growing this plant in your area. It 's a good plant for coastal areas to Good Luck :0)
