Has anyone got the Hebe, Silvana Cream, if so can you help re: it's care please?

I bought Hebe, Silvana Cream last year. There was minimal info. on the lable and it has all but died during the cold Winter. I can't find any photos or info. on this plant, eg. is it a newish species, temparature tolerance, position in garden etc.
