I have some cuttings of Euonymus europaeus at the moment that I have put in water and would like to know how best to propagate them.
Also I have read on a web site that it is poisonous, could you please advise ?

You can propagate this shrub at this time of year from either soft or hardwood cuttings in gritty compost but they need some bottom heat, and in the case of the softwood ones, misting. They should root in 4 - 8 weeks.
Yes, the fruits are toxic.
