Deer and Boar proof plants..?

Can anyone please recommend any plants which deer and boar do not find appetizing... having trouble everything I plant seems to be munched..

I'm not sure about Boar but Fritillaria imperialis are supposed to be Deer-proof.
They are very pungent and not to many peoples liking (I personally love the smell) but they are very handsome plants.
