How can I treat my Red Robin trees

I have two,well established Red Robin trees. For the first time this year, the leaves have dark spots and are falling.
The trees are still shooting well and the new growth looks healthy, but the leaves quickly develop these spots. What do you suggest I do?

This disease is widespread this spring, after the wet summer of last year. Spray with fungacide.
