Please can you identify this plant from my garden? Also, are you able to tell me about any care instructions, flowering season and what I can expect from this plant?

This looks like Lysimachi punctata that grows to about 2ft high with bright buttercup yellow flowers along the stem. it isnt a fussy plant and grows well in light shade or full sun. it will flower from early summer. it can become invasive so keep an eye on it and when to big for its space dig out and see if you can swop it for anything else. the pinky underground stems do the running out of site and then come up where you least expect it.
