What shall I dig into my vegetable patch?

I've just cleared a site of grass/rubble/ex rubbish tip/stones/ex bonfire. Size 10 x 4 mtrs. Planning on growing spuds/bressicas/beans (i.e. only easy stuff). Have no compost heap yet - but will do. What should I dig into the soil that's not too expensive and will give benefit? Also I need it delivered to me by next Saturday 28th March near Uxbridge SL0.
Thanks for your help

Most of the nutriments and humus has leeched out of your ground, your best bet is 5 to 10 8litre bags of Leventon compost from your garden centre.

I would use bonemeal as a fertiliser for the whole plot and add some lime for the brassicas and beans but not the potatoes.
