my new seedings are drooping in my propogator. what is the cause and how can i prevent any further damage

hope its not dampoff, you could try watering from the bottom of trays and water with chamomile tea that apparently stops it.

I would use a fine mist spray with water to keep them watered, when they get bigger you could immerse your tray in water. Use the vents to aerate the propagator and leave the lid off during the day

Are you making sure they are watered and not drying out.
