You can try spraying with a good fungicide - the origin of the black spots is most likely fungal. If its just Pansy leaf spot, that usually occurs on the lower, oldest leaves and you can just remove those. If its Pansy Downy Mildew, the spots will be all over - remove any badly affected leaves.
