What does pinching out mean and how do you do it?

Hi,
Pinching out just means when you have two pairs of leaves on your sweet peas, CUT out the first pairs, make sure you dont damage the stems, this will encourage the plants to branch out instead of growing tall, you will have nice bushy plants in a week or so. hope this helps.
