have you pruned them at all? Never grown goji plants so I dont know if they fruit on new or old wood. having said that they may take a couple of seasons to settle in in which case this year they should come good.

I am sure some one else on here wil be able to advise you.

I don't grow them either but do know they need good light, moist soil (did you keep watered the last two summers during the droughts?) and lots of organic matter. Also I seem to remember reading they can take anything up to four years to start fruiting.

Well...I have just given three of my Goji away to my Chinese neighbours. They grow it as a hedge, never prune it at all, they weave it through a metal fence and though some of it is in dappled shade most is directly under tree canopy and shady most of the summer. It has had berries for months and still has. They do have very rich moist soil.

Professional growers prune these regularly - there are 2 options for pruning, both of which increase fruit production. I seem to recall it was quite complicated, but Google Goji berry pruning and have a look at what comes up.
