why are my Bluebells "blind"

I was given a few bulbs several years ago.They flowered the following year but since then only leaves appear. My neighbour has a good display so know it isn't my soil. Help please.

do you pull the leaves off before they have gone yellow? you could try leaving the foliage on longer and or split the clumps as spritz suggests.

Are they getting enough sun? Enough water? They are best planted under deciduous shrubs/trees so they get sun in the spring. If you've got them at the base of a wall they might be too shaded or too dry.

You could try splitting the clumps - that might help. Do it while the leaves are still green.
