Hi, last year I installed a plastic shed between a wall and the garage (got a plastic one as I wouldn't be able to get to the sides of a wooden one to treat the wood). I am getting a lot of condensation on the roof inside which is dripping onto the floor. Does anyone have any ideas how to insulate the roof to prevent this?

Is your shed full of plants? If so, then the problem lies with lack of ventilation, causing the condensation and the drip. You need to introduce a breathing opening for the humidity to release.

i would put in an extracter fan and maybe a timer in winter and as said open a window in summer .

sheets of polystyrene, or fibreglass/rockwool but both of those would need under boarding to prevent the itchy dust? a lot depends on how you can secure any insulation.
