what shold i feed my salix flamingo and when

If its in the ground, doesn't need anything special in terms of feed, or anything at all really. In a pot, liquid feed, a general purpose one 2 or 3 times during the growing season, if you're not repotting. Don't feed before growth begins, so March or April.
