None of those look like cerinthe - their leaves are quite fleshy. The front one does look like lupin. You'll have some fun later as they flower!

non look like echinacea either I have those growing nicely and they have two round seed leaves and then the next leaves are quite pointy in comparison.
the one on the far right looks like a tomato.
agastache is quite small and has a bluish tinge to it, i dont think its in the photo or if it is best bet is the one on the far left. its leaves should be aromatic.

Agree on that possible tomato...
Pls don't be offended, but this is a brilliantly dippy question. It's the kind of thing I'd need help on! : ))
Mind you, my Ma visited last weekend and sort of forced us both to drastically clear out shed and greenhouse, high time for it. Since then, things are a bit more up together, but I don't suppose it'll last long!
I also vote for lupin front pot. They are lovely.

Let them grow and see what you get.
I often end up with seeds that I have not got a clue where I got them or who gave them to me. I have several pots now of stuff growing that I can only wait and see.
Gives a gardening a little bit of mystery.
