I HAVE SEEDS COLLECTED FROM LAST YEARS POPPYS .WHEN CAN I PLANT THEM AND SHOULD THEY NEED TO BE PUT IN A FRIDGE BEFORE HAND

No cold treatment needed for either annual or perennial poppies.

you can either sow them in pots or scatter where you want them to flower, especially the annual ones. If they are the perennial ones I'd go for pots as you wont need that many plants and they are unlikely to flower in the first year.
