I have some begonia corms. Should I start them off in a heated propagator?

Now is miles too early - the plants will be too big for your propagator & wherever else you might want to put them, before the weather is anywhere near warm enough to plant them out. I agree with SBG that mid March is plenty early enough to start them off.

Thank you SBG and Beattie. I will wait until mid march.

You could do but not too warm. I personally would wait until mid march and start them off with out extra heat. Just remember they dislike the frost.
