March will be here in 22 mins, my daffodils are coming up with the tulips pushing through. What flower, bulbs should I be planting in the next few weeks?

Bulbs like Acidanthera are planted in April, in a warm sheltered sunny spot. Otherwise, now is the time for planting many herbaceous perennials, perennials and shrubs, rather than bulbs.

You can start begonia corms in pots indoors.

How about polianthes tuberosa - perrenial bulbs planted like daffodil but the white flower produced scent is totally gorgeous all summer. Check out Thompson & Morgan for supplies delivered at this time. Also, scented double flowering summer daffodils, aubretia, phlox, and echinacea purpurea as Bilbobaggins suggests. Ruddbekia is another lovely annual or perrenial, totally loved by bees, that can be started now. If you would like something for later in the season, then agapanthus flowers forever from summer to late autumn and can tubers be planted now in time for flowering later. Liatris, are another lovely herbaceous flower corm that can be planted now, as can montbretia/crocosmia which is lovely in clumps here and there.
