Unknown plant

I saw this plant (the mauve one) on a garden visit - but the owner did not know what it was. I'd love to find out - can anybody help? It was in flower in early June.

Sorry joey - they're my favourite plants and I don't think it is. Leaves not furry, more crinkly and fresh looking.

Yes. I think it's Aconitum (monks hood)

Thanks - I'll look it up. If it is, I might not search it out, because it's poisonous isn't it?

I would guess at a salvia but....
