I think it's lysimachia punctata 'Alexander'. Carries yellow flowers later in the year. Foliage is especially coloured early in the season but can occasionaly revert to plain green

Well, I may be wrong but it looks like a Euonymous to me.
Possibly Harlequin?
The Emerald Gold can also have pink leaves.
