Which courgette variety to grow?
I need to order some courgette seed, does anyone have a recommendation? Last year I did some yellow ones for a local plant sale and unfortunately the reviews were not good (not so productive) so I need a better variety for this year.
I was thinking 'black beauty' or maybe 'Striato d'Italia'. Is this likely to be different to 'Striato d'Napoli' which I see is on the Real Seeds website?

Thanks, it's interesting to know that there is not much difference in flavour with courgettes, I didn't realise this was the case.
I buy online for convenience as I don't drive and the best local garden centre with a good selection is inaccessible by public transport.

Hello ... not much difference between the two Striato. The napoli tend to be longer and thinner. Both are striped. The napoli may have a larger seed centre, more like a cucumber, but this is advice received from local colleagues rather than actual grown information.
