Sure it is not a Dayflower? Leaves and flower look similar.

I googled Dayflower as I'd never heard of it and found that its Latin name is Commelina. C. communis has 2 blue petals and C.tuberosa has 3 - this flower has 5. I'm convinced that the plant in the pictures is Pulmonaria angustifolia.
By the way, I looked up the meaning of "angustifolia", and it means "narrow leaved". Here endeth the lesson....

the nearest I can get is pulmonaria angustifolia, the blue cowslip. Google it for other images and see if it is a match. the bristles suggest it is in the right family anyway. My brother used to have this plant so it culd be my memory suggesting it is a smoother leaf.
