Hello,
I deliver medications to nursing homes. I have met a lovely resident who enjoys sitting outside and watching a pretty pink flowering tree. She told me that she wishes she know what it was. I took this picture in hopes that I can get it identified for her. I stumbled apon your website and think that the tree may be a magnolia stellata? Please help if you can.-Vicky

I've never seen a pink one or a double either. This one may be Pink Star - lovely.

Or it might just be Magnolia stellata rosea.

I have a magnolia stellata but the flowers are only single, not like those in the photo (and they're white)

So have I - love it.
