We did not prune ours in the fall. What do we do now that it is spring ?

You dont have to prune them. it should just be bigger next year hopefully with more flowers.

The only thing you really need to do is twist the dead heads off once it's flowered. Other than that, you could feed it with fresh ericaceous soil once a year, that'd be a treat for it! Mine love it!
