There isn't really a plant called Campanula 'monique' - it seems to be sold by supermarkets under that name, but you won't find it listed in horticultural information.
It looks like a version of C. portenschlagiana though , so gets about 6 inches high, probably spreads a fair bit, but can be dug up and split in autumn. Any time I've bought one its died outside, but one of our members, Annella, grows this, and has photographs from 2010 and 2011 of it in flower outside, so seems its possible to keep it going.
