How can I speed up the growing of my conifers?

You can't - they grow at their own pace, according to their genetic information and the environmental conditions. All you can do is give them optimum conditions to grow in.

Judicious feeding will speed up the growth of some kinds, though you will have to be careful not to over feed, since that will tend to spoil the shape. Generally speaking, members of the Cypress family--Junipers, Arborvitae, etc.--respond well to light to moderate feeding, while members of the Pine family--Pine, Spruce, Fir, Hemlock, etc.--should only be fed if there is clear evidence of a deficiency. I'm uncertain of how Yews would respond.

So far as I am aware you can't. Something like Leylandii will grow rapidly no matter what conversely a Scots pine will take a long time to turn into a tree.
