Can I rescue my fern tree?
United Kingdom
My fern tree got badly frost bitten during the winter and now has brwon leaves all over with just a little green poking through each leaf in the middle. Can it be rescued and, if so, how?

Don't worry about, they are disidious like many other ferns and the leaves die back naturally through the winter. Simply cut off the old leaves and wait for the new ones to appear late spring/early summer. Also if you live in quite a cold climate protect the crown of the plant for the winter months by stuffing in some straw or similar insulating material.
