I have a sapling Horse Chestnut tree about 3/4 years old and stands about 1 metre high, how do I feed it and look after it generally?

I'm assuming it's in the ground - just keep it well watered during dry spells, and give it a basic, general purpose feed in spring with something like Growmore, raked in at the base. And keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't succumb to any of the 3 infections/diseases which are ruining horse chestnuts right round the country.
