Wild Flower Carpet

Hi Everyone,
Bet you are all busy in your gardens with this gorgeous weather. Can anyone tell me when to plant out a wildflower carpet which my neighbour has just bought mail order. On the instructions it doesn't say but I would have thought any time would be OK. Can you confirm this for me please. Thank you.

I bought a packet of wildflower seeds...for the bees etc and it said on it sew from march onwards.
