I have a camellia 'Nuccio's jewel' it has lots of buds but they have not opened and a lot of the leaves are going yellow

If the buds are fat and green they may not quite be ready to flower yet, some varieties are earlier than others. Feed with Sequesterone as Camellias like an acid soil and have trouble staying green on limey soils.
