Hi. Does anyone know the name of a tree that I am looking for. Similar to a Gleditsia Sunburst, but keeps yellow leaves throughout the summer. This particular tree does not go green. The leaves are feathery with an open canopy. Thank you in advance. Hope someone will know.

I think you might be referring to robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia'
For something smaller (but still getting to twenty feet), there is the shrub sambucus nigra - the forms 'Plumosa Aurea' and 'Sutherland Gold' have golden foliage (although hot sun may scorch the leaves on the former)
