I am pleased to hear that they survived, Sbg, our seedlings mostly succumbed to the very hard winter. I would continue to grow them on for a while yet as they are a little young for planting out. Handle them carefully as they dont like root disturbance. I would suggest you transfer them to a long tom pot, eg a rose pot, when you do pot them on. When they are some 6 to 12 inches tall you can plant them out into semi shade in a humus rich soil. The yellow tree peonies are very nice.

i have plenty of rose pots as i start my lilies off in them before they get planted out. and as i have plenty of semishade i'll be spoilt for choice.
