please can you tell me why my tomato seedling have grown all tall and spindly.what have i done wrong(am new to gardening, thankyou)

The tall and spindly effect is known as etiolation - it happens to plants grown inside, where they don't get enough light, nor any air flow over them. If you can move it somewhere with more daylight (but not direct sunlight), then do.

Even if your seedlings are 'leggy' then when you pot them on, plant them deep as they will re-root higher up on the stems.
