How do i go about moving my Tayberry Bush & my Blackberry Bush i want to move them to another part of garden how & when is the best time to do this.

You will need to prune the canes back to no more than 6 inches if you want to move now so will lose all this years fruit. If you don't prune them back a) You'll have a heck of a time digging out and b) the roots will be very stressed.

The best would have been autumn last year, as they were going into dormancy. You can do it now but you will need to keep them well watered in the new situation, and you may find you don't get fruit this year, depending how successfully you manage to extract the roots without breakage.
