I have a two year old red robbin and i hhve noticed the young red leaves are been eaten not all of them but mainly on the very small shoots, does anyone know what it can be and how to treat please.

I have seen that vine weevils can account for damage if the edges are jagged - in which case you can look for them at night, and if it is them, treat with a nematode, mostly ordered online, which you water into the soil to kill the grubs. If it is caterpillar damage I don't know what to recommend. I would probably cut out the damaged tips, and hope that this not only encourages extra bushy new red growth, but that the culprits don't return.
