Do you know what I should do with my 3 Euphorbia Silver Swan after they have finished flowering, do you cut back the whole stem, trim the dead flower or do nothing.

I would remove the flowering stem and take care not to get the sap, latex, on my hands.

The sap is toxic and you need to wear gloves when you removes the stems, your cats will not go near!

This variety is one of the ones which produce biennial stems, so cut out right at the base all the stems which have flowered, avoiding damaging (if you can) the new growth. And, as MG says, wear gloves, the sap is an irritant.
