Reckon its a Sorbus,possibly S. scopulina

My first thought was elder

And mine, but its a bit early isn't it, specially as its so cold. If it is elder, those flowers should flatten out into the typical elder flowers.

I think that the leaves are too serated and too long and narrow for the common elder. However, there are many different species of Sambucus and it could be one of these.

Bulba this is growing on one of our lovely walks in our area.
