Mine is indoors on a window sill and is about 2 ft tall wrapped around canes in tent-fashion - I feed it every 2 weeks or so with miracle gro, water it moderately and it is now in flower. A local garden centre suggested I do that, and it has worked - last year I had no flowers on it.

Like you, in the past, I got very few flowers.
By cutting it right back seemed to encourage new growth & the following year, flowers on the new growth!
I just didn't know what feed to use? I will give your advice a try; thank you!
They are such beautiful flowers & the perfume is just heavenly!
