I have purchased some of these seeds and my question is how long do they take to grow to 1ft and at what height do i plant them outside

Box is a very slow growing plant, which may not be what you want to hear. It may be best to keep them in potting soil so you can keep an eye on watering them. All too often I see this plant failing because they are not watered regularly.
