Can I put my hanging baskets out now [ Geraniums ]
I live in Cambridgeshire , East Anglia ??

No. Some years you can get them out by mid May, but the recommended time is actually end of May, when risk of frost is past. This year, it's impossible to predict when that will be, but certainly not right now. Geraniums particularly do not like damp cool weather either. Overnight temps last night here in West London where I live dropped to 2 deg 4 feet above ground level, cold enough for grass frost.

Tedious though, isn't it. My dahlias desperately need larger pots, but I'm waiting to plant them out... rather than this in and out thing I'm doing daily currently.
