I have had an olearia hedge for seventeen years now and it started dying on me last year. Slowly the leaves curled up and died on a number of the shrubs. The local garden centre suggested I spray with rose tonic so it grew vigorously and defeated whatever was killing it but it is still dying, bit by bit. Any suggestions
