I've known some wisteria take 8 to 10 years to flower. It's one reason that I'll never have one. I'm far too impatient, lol.

Is it in a pot or in the ground? It does prefer to spread its roots. And it likes quite a bit of hot sun.

There are some species of Wisteria which take several years to flower.
You may also be pruning it back at the wrong time of year so that you are losing the flowers.
