Photo 1 is a Cistus...possibly. Could be a Halimiocistus

Photo 2 looks like a wegeila

Photo 3 is Choisya ternata 'aztec pearl'

I stand to be corrected on no 2

No 2 is a weigela. One of the red ones like Ruby Red or similar.

Not sure on #1 but flowers certianly look like Cistus, #2 is Weigela rosea and #3 Choisya aztec pearl and Andy has said (leafs look like shiny Lupin leafs).
