Can anyone identify this plant please?

It is about 2 feet tall at the mo and grows quickly. It has seeded itself in our garden in Gloucester UK. The plant looks tropical it has a red stem for the first 2" and then the stem splits into 2 stems which are green. The stem is thick and fleshy. I have taken a photo of the top of the plant, you can see leaves waiting to unfurl, new heart shaped leaves and older narrower leaves. It has a very small yellow flower in the centre. Thanks.

Thanks very much for your replies, i have enjoyed finding out about this plant. Not sure whether we will keep it as it seems the leaves, sap and seeds are highly poisonous and we have young children. It is pretty though.

the sap can cause skin irritation / burns when the sap is exposed to the sun, so care is needed when handling.

This happened to me a few years ago. You learn by youre mistakes.
I now know to wash it off if it ever happens again.
