Bedding plants and ground-frost in May?

I live in the east-midlands.
When will it be frost-free safe to plant my tender bedding plants ie: Impatiens, Lobelia etc from the greenhouse?
The Impatiens are already in flower.

i was going to say it is good old english weather.just commen sense realy.its always worth checking the weather if your a gardener anyway but like seaburn sais junes a fair certanty but generaly if you keep an eye out maybe a bit earlier depending wear you are etc
