Ihave been given a sanseveria cylindrica, and haven't got a clue how to look after it. Please help. P.S. It is plaited and i recently loosened the ribbon in order for it to grow - have I done the right thing?

How do I care for this plant. I've only just found it its name from the internet. Do I leave it in a plait or release it?

I have a Sanseveria trifasciata which is similar. Water once a month, you cant really kill these as they are very reliable (indoors). My one (mother in law's tongue) is the type you see in coffee shops etc.
