Are these plants you have recently planted out? If so, this is fairly normally and the shock of being transplanted from a warm cosy pot under cover into a cold soil will often do this. It is quite normal for tomato plants to lose their lower leaves as they grow and as long as the upper section of the plant is growing healthily you have little to worry about.
