Can I grow thriving rose plants outside?

I bought two of the same rose plants about a year ago and they have thrived on my window sill to the point that I have had to re-pot them twice. As a novice rose grower I don't know if these are okay to plant outside as climbing rose plants (I can't remember if they were described as "indoor" rose plants, thus my keeping them on my kitchen window sill)

« planted tree last year,no blossom last or this year, plenty of leaves.
I have an indoor rose that is now in a pot in my garden and doing very well. It's got a blossom on it now. I did have to cut off a few leaves but that was down to my very naughty dog. lol.
I'll not leave it out for the winter though.
